Please note that all prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. RELICS reserves the right to change web prices and product as required. 

Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? 

To estimate the arrival time of your order, allow 1-2 business days for courier delivery within NZ, and 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery of international orders (on rare occasions, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks). For 'Signature required - tracking' international economy courier please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Local NZ orders may be split and dispatched as items become available. International orders will be dispatched once all items are ready to ship.

From time to time, suppliers are unable to fulfill your order. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

DVD Ratings

All DVDs which have a classification rating of R13 or higher will have this rating listed in the description of the product.

If you are under the age of the specified rating please do not purchase the DVD title - the responsibility of ensuring that you are the correct age to purchase a restricted title rests with the customer.

Return Policy

We endeavour to give the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you are not happy please contact us immediately.

RELICS will accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) damaged/faulty prior to delivery
  2. Supplied incorrectly
  3. Varies from the description provided on the website. 
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or damage prior to delivery RELICS accepts faulty returns notified within 2 weeks of receipt. 
All returns are shipped to us at your expense.We will ship the replacement to you at our expense. 
Whenever possible, RELICS will endeavour to replace any damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods. 
If the title is unable to be replaced and a replacement title is not suitable at the same price, a refund will be processed.

This policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).

Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging, with a copy of your receipt.

Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order must notify us by email: info@relicsmusic.co.nz, by 9am of the next business day (following the date of order).

GST Exemption

All prices contain 15% goods and services tax (New Zealand purchases).

GST is automatically deducted from the checkout total on all export orders.

Privacy

Information collected about you or your purchases through this web site will be required only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, creating a better shopping experience, or to suggest products and services that may be of interest to you, or to inform you about special promotions or in-store events. We will only collect personal information in order to carry out our legitimate business purposes and we will store any information that you provide securely and will not sell or release it to any other business or person. Relics will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage or loss that may result from your transmission of or any information you may send to us in any connection with this website.
