IN DEPTH INSPECTION FEE = $75

Prepayment is required. We cannot guarantee we will be able to fix your device. We will do our best to find the problem, and we will get back to you asap with an answer either way.

REPAIR & LABOUR ARE ADDITIONAL COSTS

Following inspection we will call or email you with a quote to get your go-ahead. Occassionally we may outsource to another specialist for repair. We will discuss this with you too.

I need a new cartridge / stylus put on my turntable...

I need my turntable tonearm balanced...

CARTRIDGE INSTALL + BALANCE = cost of cartridge/stylus + $40

Cartridges begin at $95 and go up from there. We will advise you on the most appropriate cartridge for your turntable and listening needs, then install it and balance your turntable.

TONEARM BALANCING = $40

If you turntable is just not sounding right or the sound is distorted, or you have a skipping problem - your turntable probably needs a balance, it might also need a new stylus or cartridge. Yes, we can help you with that!
