Posted on April 28, 2020 by Irene Hundleby

COVID-19 UPDATE - 28 April 2020

Tue 28 April, NZ moves to Covid-19 Alert Level 3

What does that mean for shopping at Relics?

    • ONLINE STORE is open + normal delivery resumes
    • CLICK + COLLECT contactless service at our store front door   MON to SAT   12pm-5pm
    • PHONE orders available MON - SAT between 12pm- 5pm
    • PHYSICAL STORE is CLOSED to all browsing and purchasing until Level 2

Info for picking up

Dave + Irene will be at the store with the door open, and there’ll be a counter across the front door.

If there are other people already waiting when you arrive, just line up and keep good physical distance from each other.

Otherwise, we’ll see you, and we’ll chat from 2m and sort you out without contact across the temporary counter!

Dave likes to call it our physical distancing barrier - sorry no hugs this time round — have to wait a bit longer for those 😊

I don't like to use websites, is there any other way I can order/purchase?

Yes! You can still order music + fun relics stuff from us!

  • Email us -- and you can pay by internet banking, or PayPal -- we'll give you all the details you need by email.
  • Phone us -- we can process a credit card or debit card over the phone, or in NZ, you can pay by internet banking, or via bank teller at your local bank. We'll give you the info you need when you call.

I live internationally - not in NZ, can you still ship to me?

Yes! Under NZ's Covid-19 Alert level 3, our post offices are open for international shipping.

Please note that the lockdown restrictions in your own country may affect estimated delivery times and there may be delays. However, If New Zealand is under alert levels 3, 2 or 1 we can ship your goods as per normal.

Any other queries, please don't hesitate to call or email us.

Be well, stay safe + hope you're feeling positive!

Dave + Irene xx

COVID-19 UPDATE - Level 4

UPDATE 25 March 2020

Today, New Zealand enters Covid-19 Alert Level 4

During lockdown - Alert Level 4 - we won't be able to access our stock, and honestly, we feel it's in all of our best interests to do our best to minimize contact - even with our courier who we love (thanks Scott!). So if you want to order online, we'll deliver your goods as soon as we have access again -- same goes with pickups -- thanks for all the love and for supporting us + our music community to date 😄

We will respond to all emails as we can. Be well, be safe and enjoy the chill !

We'll update you again as things evolve...
