This photo was taken in the Lorne Street location... first shop was in the basement on Queen Street & Victoria Street, where Whitcoulls is currently located.

That KISS pinball machine definitely added to the pinball obsessions of many in town!! (one of my fave's)

Here were our TOP 10 CD ALBUMS for 2014!!

Two of our top selling CDs were albums launched at Relics in 2014... thanks HEAPS for hanging out with them and us, and for showing these fab Dunedin / NZ musicians how much you love them !!

As with vinyl, we special ordered in a BIG number of CDs for RELICS customers, and it seems by the numbers of orders we took, that this is a service our customers particularly enjoy!! We will do our best to help you find more spectacular music wonders throughout 2015!

Again, it is really just AMAZING how many NZ musicians make our top selling 10 CD albums! Perhaps this has a little to do with us being an indie store, but aside from that, an incredible number of GREAT NZ albums were released this year over many different genres...

We just wanted to say a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to all of you that have come in to support us and share your love of ALL THINGS MUSIC - with us!! We so appreciate you!

We all know that starting any business is hard work, and some people said we were crazy starting a music store, but we love music, and we know there are many others in the world that do too...

So we had to give it a try! AND WE STILL LOVE IT!
